Amanda Holden has marked a major milestone in her family life as her daughter Lexi celebrated her 20th birthday, and the TV star couldn’t be prouder.
The Britain’s Got Talent judge, 54, took to social media to share a heartfelt tribute, posting a striking throwback photo that shows Lexi dressed as a Dallas Cowboys cheerleader — alongside an adorable childhood snap that delighted fans.
The celebratory post, shared on Amanda’s Instagram, quickly gained attention as followers marvelled at how much Lexi has grown up.
In the standout image, a teenage Lexi can be seen wearing the instantly recognisable blue-and-white Dallas Cowboys cheerleader outfit.
Holding a matching pom-pom high above her head, she smiles confidently at the camera, radiating poise and natural beauty.
The second photo in the carousel offers a sweet contrast. It captures Lexi as a young child, sitting outdoors in the snow with her arm raised in a similar pose — a nostalgic moment that highlights just how fast time has passed.
Amanda accompanied the images with an emotional caption that resonated with many parents.
“Put your hand up if you’re 20 today!!!” she wrote.
“Mama and Dada love you so much – our strong, bright, kind, loyal, funny girl!!! Little Lexi Lou.”
She finished the message with a simple black heart emoji, keeping the tribute warm and personal.
Lexi, who is Amanda’s eldest daughter with her husband Chris Hughes, has increasingly stepped into the spotlight over the past year.
In 2024, she signed her first professional modelling contract, signalling the start of what could be a promising career in fashion.
While Amanda has previously been vocal about supporting her daughter’s ambitions, she has also stressed the importance of independence and hard work — values that fans believe are reflected in Lexi’s confident presence.
The Dallas Cowboys cheerleader costume itself also sparked conversation.
The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, often referred to as DCC, are one of the most iconic cheerleading squads in the world.
Originally rising to fame in the late 1970s, the group has recently enjoyed renewed global attention thanks to the 2024 Netflix docuseries America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.
The series offers an inside look at the highly competitive audition process and the demanding daily lives of the 36-member squad, bringing a new generation of fans to the legendary team.
Lexi’s throwback outfit appeared to tap into that enduring pop-culture appeal.
Fans flooded Amanda’s comments section with birthday wishes and messages of disbelief at how quickly Lexi seems to have grown up.
“Oh my goodness. Beautiful!” one follower wrote.
“Wow, what a beauty — I remember her being that tiny,” another added.
A third commented: “OMG 20 already? How is that possible? Happiest of birthdays, beautiful Lexi.”
Amanda is also mother to a younger daughter, Hollie, 13, who she frequently shares glimpses of on social media.
The presenter has often spoken about balancing her successful TV career with family life, making moments like Lexi’s birthday all the more meaningful for her followers.
As Lexi enters her twenties, fans are eager to see what the future holds — whether she continues modelling, steps further into the public eye, or forges her own path away from the spotlight.
For now, Amanda’s touching tribute offered a rare and relatable reminder of a proud parent watching their child grow up far too fast.
