To complete her glamorous look, Ashley styled her blonde hair in a chic half-up, half-down hairstyle and opted for glowing, bronzed makeup.

The star joined a host of famous faces at the London event, including Andy Carroll, Lou Teasdale, and Anais Gallagher, the daughter of Oasis legend Noel Gallagher.

Away from the red carpet, Ashley recently appeared on The Life of Bryony podcast with Bryony Gordon, where she spoke candidly about the physical and emotional toll of her time in the music industry.

The singer revealed she was only 22 when she joined The Pussycat Dolls in 2003, later relocating to London after the group’s split in 2010. She explained how the high-pressure environment led to extreme exhaustion and health issues.

“My body was literally shutting down,” Ashley shared. “I had this unbearable headache, and the doctors thought I’d had a brain aneurysm — but it turned out to be viral arthritis caused by being so rundown.”

Ashley described how the demanding schedule and lack of mental health awareness in the early 2000s created a “toxic work ethic” that encouraged performers to push through pain and illness.

“Back then, no one spoke about mental health,” she said. “There was always pressure to keep going — the show must go on.”

Following the group’s split, Ashley began a new chapter in her career in the UK, finishing as runner-up on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! in 2012 and later becoming a Heart Radio presenter.

Feeling “spiritually lost” after leaving the pop world, Ashley discovered breathwork, which she says helped her find balance and inner peace.

“It created a sense of calm I can’t explain,” she said. “It became a tool for healing and reflection, especially after my father passed away.”

Her new book shares the powerful lessons she learned from her career, focusing on mental health, self-care, and personal growth.
