Former Pussycat Doll Ashley Roberts dazzles in a sparkly mini dress for her 43rd birthday, opening up about her personal and professional growth.
Ashley Roberts put on a glamorous display as she celebrated her 43rd birthday at London’s exclusive Mimi Mei Fair on Friday night. The former Pussycat Dolls star turned heads in a dazzling black sequined mini dress.

The backless, halter-neck design highlighted her toned figure, while a pair of black strappy stilettos added elegance and length to her look. She completed her outfit with a chic black leather Burberry bag, keeping accessories minimal yet stylish.

Ashley appeared in high spirits as she entered the high-end venue, joined by close friends including Janette Manrara, who sparkled in a gold mini dress, and Kimberly Wyatt, who opted for a vibrant pink ensemble.

The birthday celebration comes amid Ashley’s recent revelations about the personal toll her career in the music industry took on her wellbeing. Speaking on The Life of Bryony Podcast for the Daily Mail, Ashley discussed how stepping away from dancing and discovering breathwork helped her overcome a mental health crisis.
Ashley joined The Pussycat Dolls in 2003 at just 22 years old, moving from Los Angeles to London after the group split in 2010. She described a moment when her body forced her to stop: “My body was literally shutting down. I had an extreme headache and felt really sick. The doctors thought I’d had a brain aneurysm, but it turned out to be viral arthritis.”

She added: “The Dolls were in London doing a show, and I realised I couldn’t keep going at that pace. I needed to take a second because this wasn’t cool.”
Ashley revealed that the competitive music industry had instilled a toxic work ethic: “If you break your toe, you keep going. There’s a pressure of, if you don’t show up, who knows what might happen?”

Following her time with The Pussycat Dolls, Ashley moved permanently to London, pursuing a career in television and radio. She described feeling “spiritually lost” before discovering breathwork, which became a transformative part of her life.
“It created this sense of calm I can’t explain,” she said. “I always felt this chaos internally, and suddenly, for a few moments, it felt like I wasn’t battling it anymore.”

Ashley credits breathwork for helping her navigate life challenges, including her father’s death, and has shared these insights in her new book, which offers practical techniques for mental and physical wellbeing.
Her birthday celebration at Mimi Mei Fair was not only a glamorous affair but also a celebration of personal growth and resilience — marking a meaningful chapter in Ashley Roberts’ life.
