Her wake was held on Sunday at Pax Aliança in Inhumas, where family and friends gathered to celebrate her life and mourn her untimely passing.

Undergoing multiple cosmetic procedures at the same time is not uncommon, as some patients choose to combine treatments to reduce overall recovery time.

However, medical experts warn that longer operations increase the likelihood of complications. Extended anesthesia and prolonged surgery duration can raise risks of post-operative issues, including infection, bleeding, and blood clots.

Authorities have registered the case and requested forensic examinations to determine the exact cause of death.

The Civil Police of Inhumas are conducting a thorough investigation into the circumstances surrounding Priscila’s passing.

Priscila’s death follows a worrying trend of complications related to cosmetic and medical procedures in Brazil.

Earlier this year, fitness influencer and mother Derleya Alves died just eight days after a breast augmentation procedure due to post-operative complications.

Another case involved 31-year-old Gabriela Martins Santos de Moura, who passed away after suffering complications during an assisted reproduction procedure.

Surgeons also recommend thorough pre-operative assessments, realistic expectations, and post-operative monitoring to reduce potential complications.
