British glamour model and influencer Carla Howe has come forward with shocking allegations that she was sexually assaulted by a hospital employee while recovering from cosmetic surgery in Istanbul, Turkey.
The 35-year-old former Playboy Bunny and social media personality — who boasts nearly one million followers online — said the terrifying incident occurred shortly after she underwent a fox eye lift procedure, a popular cosmetic treatment designed to elongate and lift the eyes.

According to Howe, the ordeal took place while she was in recovery at Acibadem Taksim Hospital, where her eyes were bandaged following the surgery.
She explained that she was lying awake in her hospital bed with ice patches over her eyes when she sensed someone near her.
“I could hear a noise to my right side,” she told The Sun. “I thought it was just one of the nurses. Then suddenly I felt the duvet being lifted around my chest area. I jumped up immediately and shouted, ‘Excuse me!’”

Howe said she was completely naked under the blanket at the time and that the unidentified individual ran out of the room as she screamed for help.
The model immediately pressed the emergency buzzer and contacted Turkish police, who arrived within 25 minutes to review hospital security footage.
According to Howe, the CCTV evidence helped authorities identify a male hospital employee, who was later arrested in connection with the incident.

“The police came straight away and reviewed the cameras,” she explained. “They confirmed it was a member of hospital staff.”
The British Embassy and UK Foreign Office have been notified, with officials confirming they are assisting a British national following an incident in Turkey.
Deeply shaken by the experience, Howe said she feels traumatised and unsafe and is now warning other women about the potential risks of undergoing cosmetic procedures abroad.
“It’s very scary,” she said. “If I hadn’t felt the blanket being lifted, I don’t know what could have happened. I had an angel watching over me.”
She added that male medical staff should not be allowed in private recovery rooms for female patients. “No male should have access to a woman’s room, especially when she’s sedated or recovering,” she insisted. “I was awake, but if I wasn’t, it could have been much worse.”

Howe also revealed that she has been in touch with legal authorities and plans to press criminal charges against the suspect.
This isn’t the first time the model has found herself in the headlines for safety-related issues. Howe previously claimed that disgraced influencer Andrew Tate once tried to lure her to his compound in Romania before his arrest on human trafficking and rape charges.
She told friends that Tate had sent her “controlling and aggressive” messages and that she believed she had a “lucky escape.”
Foreign Office Statement
A spokesperson for the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office said in a statement:
“We are supporting a British national following an incident in Turkey.”
Turkish authorities and Acibadem Taksim Hospital have been approached for comment but have not yet publicly responded.
The disturbing case has sparked renewed debate about the safety of cosmetic surgery tourism, as thousands of British patients travel to Turkey each year for affordable beauty procedures.

Experts have repeatedly urged caution, advising patients to research clinics thoroughly and verify that medical facilities meet international standards.
Howe concluded by saying she hopes her story serves as a warning to others.
“I just want women to be careful,” she said. “This was meant to be a simple recovery, not a nightmare.”
