Actress and Rality star Helen Flanagan makes TV comeback on MTV’s Celebrity Ex On The Beach following her split from Robbie Talbot.
Former Coronation Street star Helen Flanagan is reportedly set to make a high-profile comeback to reality television after signing on for Celebrity Ex On The Beach.

The 35-year-old actress and television personality is believed to be currently overseas filming scenes for the upcoming series, marking a significant step in revitalising her onscreen career.
Flanagan, who rose to fame playing Rosie Webster on the long-running ITV soap, has remained a familiar face in the entertainment world but has been largely absent from television since her most recent appearance on Celebs Go Dating in 2023.

Now, industry insiders suggest her participation in the hit MTV dating show will introduce her to a brand-new audience and showcase a bold new chapter in her personal and professional life.
A Major Signing for MTV
According to sources close to the production, Helen’s signing is considered a major coup for the network. Speaking about her involvement, one insider explained that producers were eager to cast Flanagan due to her strong personality, high public profile and ability to create compelling television.
“Helen was so excited to take part in Celebrity Ex On The Beach. She is a massive signing for MTV and they know what she can bring to the table. Helen is sexy, feisty, and won’t hold back — she wants to cause some fireworks,” the source claimed.
The insider added that the show will be a major platform for the actress, noting that “this is a big show for her because it’s opening her up to a whole new audience who might not be familiar with what she’s done before.”

Filming for the series is already underway, with Flanagan currently abroad on location. MTV has yet to officially confirm the cast, but early reports suggest the lineup will also include The Only Way Is Essex star Ella Rae Wise and former Love Island contestant Anton Danyluk.
Helen has reportedly been single since splitting from boyfriend Robbie Talbot in May. The pair began dating during her appearance on Celebs Go Dating, and the actress later admitted she hoped to marry Talbot before their breakup earlier this year.
Before that, Flanagan was engaged to professional footballer Scott Sinclair, with whom she shares three children — two daughters and a son.

The couple’s separation preceded a period of personal reflection and rebuilding, something Flanagan has spoken openly about in recent months.
Off-screen, Helen is preparing for another major moment: the release of her upcoming autobiography Head & Heart: Break-ups, Breakdowns and Being Rosie, due to hit shelves on 29 January next year.
The memoir is expected to explore her rise to fame, motherhood, life in the public eye and the emotional challenges she has faced behind closed doors.

Announcing the book, Flanagan expressed that the writing process required her to revisit difficult experiences:
“I was going to have to revisit painful times, digging deep into experiences I’d have much rather left buried in the past.”
She continued,
“I’ve made mistakes, I’ve been hurt and I’ve had to rebuild from rock bottom, but I’ve also learned, grown and come out the other side a better, stronger person. Telling my truth meant no hiding — no glossing over or airbrushing.”
A New Era for Helen Flanagan
With a new TV project underway, a candid book release approaching, and a renewed focus on career opportunities, Helen Flanagan appears ready to embrace a fresh chapter.

Her arrival on Celebrity Ex On The Beach is expected to generate strong interest and headlines, as fans watch the star navigate romance, drama and personal transformation in front of the cameras once again.
