The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal that Megan, 33, closed on the opulent $1,363,102 home in June 2024, shortly after filming for the series, which began earlier in the year. The mansion, located in Denver, boasts an impressive 3,751 square feet of living space, featuring four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

The Real Estate Reveal: A Clue to Relationship Status?

According to property records reviewed by The U.S. Sun, the Denver home is owned by a trust belonging to Megan’s family. Crucially, fiancé Jordan Keltner is not listed on the home deed or the mortgage.

This singular detail is being widely interpreted as a potential clue that the engaged couple may not be together today, despite their on-screen journey toward the altar.

The purchase follows an episode where the couple went house hunting, revealing the significant financial disparity in their relationship. Megan, who has openly boasted about her wealth—the source of her “Sparkle Megan” nickname—shocked Jordan when she stated her home budget was between $1.5 million and $2 million.
