Olivia Attwood isn’t holding back when it comes to her opinions on plastic surgery and the celebrities who influence it.
In a refreshingly honest conversation on Saturday, the 34-year-old TV personality opened up about her own experiences under the knife, called out the Kardashians for not being fully transparent, and made it clear there’s one procedure she’ll never consider.
Attwood, who rose to fame on Love Island, has long been candid about her cosmetic tweaks, from breast augmentations to dissolving fillers.
But this time, she directed her attention toward the Kardashian-Jenner family, particularly Kylie Jenner, following the beauty mogul’s recent revelation that she had a breast augmentation at 19.

For Olivia, the admission came far too late.
“Kylie recently admitted to her boob job, and I thought, ‘I’ve been talking about mine for the last ten years,’” Olivia said in an interview with The Sun. “I like the Kardashians, don’t get me wrong, but this felt like too little, too late.”
Kylie, now 27, disclosed the details of her surgery earlier this week after a fan on TikTok asked about it.
She even listed the specs: 445cc silicone implants, moderate profile, placed partially under the muscle, done by Dr. Garth Fisher—a well-known name in celebrity plastic surgery.
But for Olivia, the issue isn’t just about a single procedure.
It’s about the bigger picture—the curated, often misleading narrative celebrities present to the public.
“We all knew her breasts were done, just like we knew she had lip fillers while she was pushing lip kits,” Olivia said. “
But what about the less obvious stuff? Lipo? BBLs? Those bodies weren’t built in the gym.”
She expressed frustration that while the Kardashians and others promote fitness routines and diet products, they often omit the surgical work that plays a significant role in their appearance.
“It’s disingenuous,” Olivia added.
“You can’t sell skinny teas or waist trainers while your body’s been sculpted by surgery and not say a word about it.”
Her comments come from a place of personal experience.
At age 20, Olivia underwent her first breast augmentation, paying £3,000 to go up to a 32E cup size.
Years later, she spent another £10,000 to remove the implants and replace them with smaller ones that better suited her lifestyle and body image.
These days, Olivia approaches surgery with far more caution.
After filming hard-hitting documentaries on cosmetic procedures and witnessing some of the less glamorous sides of going under the knife, she says her perspective has shifted.
“Making those shows really sobered me up,” she explained.
“I’ve seen the stitches, the swelling, the complications. It’s not all smooth sailing, and people need to understand that.”
While Olivia has been open to trying various treatments and surgeries, there’s one she firmly draws the line at: the Brazilian Butt Lift, or BBL.
“I’ve got a pancake bum, I won’t lie,” she joked. “But BBLs? Absolutely not.
The risk is too high. It’s one of the procedures with the highest revision rates, and frankly, it’s just not worth it to me.”
BBL surgery involves liposuction to remove fat from one part of the body—typically the abdomen, hips, or thighs—and then injecting that fat into the buttocks to create a fuller, more lifted look.

Despite its popularity, the procedure is considered one of the most dangerous cosmetic surgeries, with risks that can include infection, fat embolism, and even death.
“There’s a difference between enhancing your confidence and risking your life for an aesthetic,” Olivia emphasized. “I think we need to be honest about that.”
She also applauded fans who asked thoughtful questions and encouraged open dialogue about beauty standards and plastic surgery, rather than hiding behind edited photos and vague fitness tips.
As for Kylie’s surgeon, Dr. Garth Fisher, he’s no stranger to the Kardashian-Jenner clan.
The Beverly Hills doctor famously performed Kris Jenner’s facelift on an episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. He also handled Kourtney Kardashian’s breast augmentation and even removed a tumor from Khloe Kardashian’s face.
Caitlyn Jenner, prior to her transition, also underwent a revision facelift under Dr. Fisher’s care.
Despite her criticisms, Olivia insists her remarks aren’t meant as personal attacks. “I don’t hate the Kardashians. I admire what they’ve built.
But with great influence comes great responsibility,” she said.
Her message? Transparency matters.
And while cosmetic procedures are a personal choice, being open about them—especially when profiting from beauty products—isn’t just honest, it’s necessary in today’s image-driven world.
With her unfiltered honesty, Olivia Attwood continues to stand out in a sea of filters, fillers, and photo edits—not just for her looks, but for her voice.
