Pete Davidson’s Girlfriend Elsie Hewitt Opens Up About ‘24/7 Agony’ Amid Pregnancy Struggles with Severe Pain Conditions.
Pete Davidson’s girlfriend, model Elsie Hewitt, has shared a deeply emotional health update about the intense physical pain she has been enduring throughout her pregnancy.
The 29-year-old, who is expecting her first child with the comedian, revealed on Friday that she has been living in what she described as “absolute agony pretty much 24/7” as she nears the final stage of her pregnancy.

Taking to her Instagram Story, Hewitt told her one million followers that the pain has become so severe that she can “barely walk,” explaining that the discomfort has continued to worsen despite trying numerous treatments and lifestyle adjustments.
“I’m in absolute agony pretty much 24/7,” she said, visibly emotional. “This morning, it’s really bad… I have tried everything, and it’s only getting worse and I cannot walk.”
Hewitt Reveals Pain May Be Connected to Chronic Health Conditions
The model went on to say she believes the debilitating pain is connected to her pre-existing medical conditions, including endometriosis—a chronic disorder that affects the reproductive system and can cause severe pelvic pain—and Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (hEDS), a connective tissue disorder known to cause joint instability, chronic pain, and mobility limitations.
“I am just straight-up suffering and in so much pain every single day,” Hewitt said. “I actually really don’t know how it could get worse than this.”
She also issued a heartfelt request for support or guidance from others who have experienced pregnancy with hEDS.
“I would really like to speak to someone who has been through pregnancy and birth with Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome,” she added. “Did your pain go away after? Does it get better? Am I gonna die? I just really want to feel a little bit of hope.”
Struggles After Believing Pregnancy Might Not Be Possible
Before announcing her pregnancy in July, Hewitt openly discussed her fear that she might never be able to conceive, telling People in a recent interview that she once believed she was “100 percent convinced” that she was infertile.

After undergoing surgery to treat endometriosis and improve her chances of becoming a mother, discovering she was pregnant was both shocking and emotional.
Now nearing the end of her pregnancy, she says she is experiencing heightened anxiety about labor and delivery.
“I feel this level of nerves that are building,” Hewitt shared as she prepares for childbirth.
Pete Davidson Praised for Support as Couple Navigates Public Pressure
Despite her physical challenges, Hewitt credited Davidson, 32, with being a stabilizing and supportive partner.
She said the comedian has been “really good” about motivating her to rest, calm down, and take care of her body, adding that he has been providing “the most amazing care” during the experience.
Earlier this year, Davidson expressed guilt about the media attention surrounding their relationship and pregnancy. The Saturday Night Live alum revealed during an appearance on The Breakfast Club that he worried his fame might rob her of privacy.
“I feel bad for my girl because I bring a lot of s***,” he said. “Anything I do or she does now is gonna be a thing… I feel so guilty and horrible that I could not allow her to have the ideal pregnancy that almost every woman gets to have and enjoy.”
The couple first went public earlier this year, becoming Instagram official in March before making their red-carpet debut in May at the 13th Annual Blossom Ball. Their pregnancy reveal in July included a sonogram photo, which Hewitt captioned humorously:
“Welp, now everyone knows we had sex.”

As she inches closer to her due date, Hewitt remains hopeful that sharing her struggles transparently may help others coping with chronic illness and pregnancy.
She continues to receive widespread support from fans and women with similar diagnoses.
Neither Hewitt nor Davidson has revealed the baby’s due date or additional birth plans, but many followers are sending well-wishes and encouragement.
