“I’m in two minds about moving to London. I was going to buy here then I decided not to buy here so everything’s just been a bit, like, all over the place,” she admitted.
Helen added that her professional life had been another source of frustration.
“I’ve just felt frustrated with work as well because I really want to act and basically, I just want a job at the moment and feel frustrated in that way,” she said.
Her comments highlighted the uncertainty she has experienced while balancing motherhood, housing decisions and her desire to return to acting.
Former Family Home Sells for £945,000
The sale of the property Helen previously shared with Sinclair has been another major development since their split.
The six-bedroom Lancashire home reportedly sold for £945,000, significantly less than its original asking price of £1.5million.
The property was initially listed for sale in May 2025. According to the Daily Mail, Land Registry records showed that it was eventually purchased by a couple who run a property management company.
Sinclair bought the house for £840,000 in June 2021 and reportedly paid for it in cash. He was also the property’s sole registered owner.
Despite spending 13 years together, Helen and the footballer never married.
A friend of the actress previously claimed that Sinclair had been covering the costs associated with the property.
“Scott pays for the house and all the bills and he’s decided a six-bedroom place is way too big for Helen on her own with the kids,” the friend said.
