Pregnant Savannah Chrisley has hit back at critics questioning her age gap with fiancé Jason, insisting their love matters more than their years apart.

The Chrisley Knows Best star, 29, addressed the criticism during the latest episode of her Unlocked podcast on Tuesday. She insisted she was not concerned about the backlash and said her partner does not behave like someone his age.

Although Savannah did not reveal Jason’s exact age, she acknowledged that their age difference was likely one reason she had kept their relationship private since they began dating in 2025.

“I have always said, ‘I would rather [have] 20 phenomenal, unbelievable years with someone than 50 just [fine] years,’” she explained.

The reality star went on to praise the relationship she shares with her future husband, highlighting the love and respect between them.

Savannah said the pair do almost everything together and share plenty of plans for their future.

“We have so many dreams together, we work together, we want to have life experiences with each other,” she said.

She added that finding the right person means being comfortable spending time together without feeling the need to escape the relationship.

Savannah also described Jason as her best friend, saying she felt fortunate to have found someone who made her feel so fulfilled.

“It’s just such an amazing, fulfilling feeling to finally find your person,” she said. “And I’m there. So yes, the age difference. So what?”

The television personality also addressed concerns about Jason’s age directly.

She insisted that he neither looks nor acts his age, praising his physique and intelligence.

“He does not look his age, nor does he act his age,” she said, adding that he has a great body and an even sharper mind.

Savannah made it clear that criticism from outsiders would not change how she felt about him.

“I really don’t care, OK? Like, this person is the love of my life,” she said.

She also reflected on the heartbreak she had experienced before meeting Jason, explaining that those difficult experiences helped her understand what she wanted from a relationship.

According to Savannah, the lessons she learned helped her recognize what she should accept from a partner and what she should never settle for.

The podcast episode also shed more light on the couple’s engagement.

Savannah confirmed that Jason proposed in December 2025 during a vacation to the Cayman Islands. The designer behind her engagement ring also shared photographs of the impressive piece on social media.

Savannah revealed that Jason had not missed a single doctor’s appointment and regularly checked on her while reminding her how beautiful her growing baby bump looked.

She described him as her protector, fiercest fighter and safe place.

The mom-to-be also expressed gratitude that their child would have Jason as a father, praising the love he had already shown their baby before its arrival.

Savannah acknowledged that their romance had moved quickly since they began dating in 2025.

“It happened really quick, but it is what it is, right? Like, timing means nothing,” she said.

The pair reportedly met through political circles while Savannah was campaigning for her parents, Todd and Julie Chrisley, to receive pardons.

Her parents, who had been imprisoned following their federal fraud and tax evasion convictions, were pardoned in May 2025.

Despite the criticism surrounding their age difference, Savannah appears focused on her future with Jason as they prepare for marriage and parenthood.
