Television and radio presenter Vogue Williams has candidly opened up about the hilarious realities of late-stage pregnancy, revealing that her husband, former Made In Chelsea star Spencer Matthews, has grown hesitant in the bedroom as her autumn due date rapidly approaches.

The couple, who tied the knot in a lavish Scottish ceremony in 2018, are currently preparing to welcome their fourth child together.

However, during a recent episode of her hit podcast My Therapist Ghosted Me, which she co-hosts with comedian Joanne McNally, the 40-year-old Irish personality jokingly confessed that she feels the romantic spark has temporarily flickered out as her baby bump continues to grow.

“The Fun Times Are Over”

Discussing the intimate dynamics of her marriage as she enters the final stretch of her pregnancy, Williams admitted that her usual banter with Matthews, 38, took an unexpected turn when he cited her physical state as a reason to slow down.

“I’m trying to look good today because I don’t think Spenny fancies me anymore,” Williams quipped on the broadcast to her co-host.

When McNally poked fun at the length of their marriage, Williams clarified that the sudden shift was strictly down to her expanding bump and impending birth.

“No, because I think our fun times are over, if you get me,” she laughed.

“I’m too pregnant now. I don’t want to. I was just being a nice wife and a good participant.

McNally dryly noted the ironic timing of his sudden hesitation, remarking, “Oh, so suddenly now he’s respectful and leaving you alone.”

Williams further joked that her own insecurity kicked in despite her initially low energy levels, leading her to question whether her physical appearance had changed beyond just the pregnancy.

“Listen, it’s amazing when you’ve got no interest yourself, but if somebody else says ‘oh no,’ then you’re like, ‘I’m sorry? And what part of me don’t you fancy?'” she recalled.

“I was sitting on the toilet last night for the ninetieth time doing a wee going, ‘What’s wrong? What bit do you not fancy?’ Is it because the Botox has run out?”

“I can’t speak for the whole male population, but I suspect on his part there comes a point where you’re sort of thinking more about the presence of a baby than the woman herself,” Joe explained.
